This man called for my cousin, said that he was an "Investigator" with a "pre-trial docket number". He would not provide me with the name of the agency or company, and acted like my cousin was about to be arrested and go to jail. This tactic completely misrepresents the purpose of the call.

They are calling people under fake names to scare people into paying old debts...their REAL place of business that I found out from a private investigator is Pioneer Capital Solutions, Inc. 855-712-1999 [email protected] and their address is 300 E. Main Street, Ste 306, Anoka, MN 55303, as well as PO Box 719, Anoka, MN 55303 and fax # 855-229-1056. Contact an attorney, keep all of the harassing voice messages and conversations and file SUIT!!! What they are doing and how they are operating is ILLEGAL! I've contacted an attorney and filing suit this week!! He said his name is "Richard Jefferson" but his REAL name is Jim Brooks!!!
