I am writing with hopes that this individuals are caught. I received a voicemail stating that I was going to be prosecuted in my county for check fraud and to follow up in 24 hours. I call back and determine it is an alledged pay day loan that I not only did not create, but did not have a bank account with. I requested a written statement and a physical address to dispute the transaction. They refused and told me I would be served at home and disconnected the call.

caller left a message. much of the message was unintelligible, but I believe it was a debt collector. What i did understand was the callback number and that I had 24 hours to respond. I called back and the person who answered claimed they did not make outbound calls from that number. Based upon what I have seen on the internet, I believe that to be a lie.
