I received a call from Cincinnati OH regarding the same thing, that I am a defendant and referred to a case number. They wanted me to call this number but it wasn't the number they was calling from (513) 605-7545. They left the 855 number for me to call them.

They ask for someone saying they are a defendant and are trying to collect a dept but when you call them back and tell them you need their info first before you make payments they either smart off or hang up on you. This is a scam because the debt they are talking about it fake!
