866-219-1145, 800-955-6600, 866-929-5307, and 866-575-4108 are all Capital One callers trying to collect a debt from somebody other than myself who is not one of their customers. They keep calling "MY" phone number and when it is not a recording, I get harrassed about someone else's bill.
