This guy called my mother in law refused to give her any information except a number and that he was drawing up legal documents and I needed to call his office asap.

Said he was contracted out to deliver me a summons to appear in court. He'd made to attempts to deliver legal docs to me. If I or my attorney did not return phone call within 24 hours, I'd be taken to court and my silence would be taken as a right to refusal.
He called my 75 year old Mother. It's got to stop.

this number keeps calling my moms house who is elderly saying a claim was made and will be summoned to court. wants to know credit card info over phone!!!! i want this to stop!!! my moms number is 757-827-5790 and shes 91 yrs old!!!!!
