Have been receiving calls for couple months - 8 time per day. Never a message. Have more information on this debt collector. Received written communication from them offering a settlement on a charged off account that is still accruing interest. Return address on letter is:

Notes that they process checks electronically, debited from your account the date of receipt, check will not be returned. How safe can that be? Wouldn't trust them.

Robo debt collector. Problem is when you pick up, after 5 seconds the computer hangs up. Probably set up more to torment than to get any action. I bet this debt collection agency has to show they are attempting to collect the debt. Once they know the debt holder can't pay, they will robo call them to show the primary debt holder that they are still working on that debt client.
