smith - a few seconds agoI don’t know why everybody is so scared to do business with these people. they have called me and told me the same thing and I took a shot and had them lower my bill with the expansion pak program that they are running right now and they did save me money. They work on behalf of VERIZON and the best thing about I get to speak to someone who takes pride in there job not some underpaid verizon employee who just works 9-5!!!!!!
