Contacted from The company Federal Legislative on 3/16/10 and the caller has a heavy Indian accent. The caller called my job and this is no lie for a straight 50 - 75 times. He asked to speak to my supervisor and I forwarded her the call but warned her what was going on and when she picked up he said he didn't believe she was my supervisor because she sounded black and she was the person he was calling. At first he would not give me his name he said he didn't have to. He also would not send me any information to verify that I do owe anything he said he doesn't have to do that either. I laughed and the caller who I now know to be Neil Johnson (I know the name is a made up American name) asked me was I laughing and I told him yes because he is harassing me at my place of employment after I told him to stop calling and he is continously calling. I also told him he needs to review Debt Collection Practices and he became enraged in anger and hung up on me. Well he continued to call and my supervisor called the police. Before the police could arrive I answered the phone one last time and that's when he finally gave me his so called name and a phone number. My supervisor called back and asked for Neil Johnson. Well the person claiming to be Neil Johnson's director answered and my supervisor asked him to cease and desist the phone calls because this is a place of business and he said that Neil Johnson was gone for the day and no more calls would be placed here. Something else I need to mention he told me he couldn't discuss the matter with me but he wanted to discuss it with my supervisor. I refuse to argue with these idiots. We were told by the police officer if they continue to call then we are to call them back and we can then file a report for harassing phone calls.
