Received call and male refused to give any info. Called back, Advised them I was a Sr. Investigator and gave them my TX id no#. Was transfered to a superviser. Explained how they violated FDCPA in refusing to id themselves and several other violations. That they were calling for someone I did not know. That they had called 4 times in 1 day which is another violation. Finally found out that they are Diversified HealthCare Services, 800 E. Campbell Road Suite 399, Richardson, TX 75081. That they are trying to collect on medical bills that have been wrote off and sold to this comapny for 5 cents on the dollar (not a bad mark up if they collect). Advised them to watch their methods and to remove my phone no#.
