This company is helping consumers lower the supply rates on their utility bills.Supply companies in deregulated states are all in competition with each other.This is a good thing!(0ne phone call could save you $200.00 annually,depending on you usage)I live in Atlanta and whatever my utility charges me I have no choice. Whether the caller ID says "McDonald's" or "Save you money", Mr customer you should listen or call your utility to verify information. (I WOULD RECOMMEND DOMINION RETAIL.THEY ALWAYS HAVE THE LOWEST RATES AND SPECIALIZE IN RESIDENTIAL REDUCTIONS ON GAS & ELECTRIC BILLS)

Did some research it is a company calling itself "DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY PROCUREMENT LLC" . Very misleading Telemarkter name if you ask me. They don't sound legit and I would caution anybody doing business with them. I did a complaint here http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm and because they are in Florida also here http://www.800helpfla.com/complnt.html Oh and the above is probably a post from the telemarkter - saw them posting on mulitple sites now - they are some misleading scum.

I received a call from 8772670044, they where Verde Energy and wanting to lower my electric bill. After talking to Kevin for a good 20 minutes he singed me up for a lower energy supply rate. He informed me that my service and Electric bill would still come from PPL that only my rate would change to $0.0899 VS my current rate. I will keep you guys posted if this is true.
