debt collector on a debt he says I owed to Wachovia in 2009! Wanted my info. he quoted wrong ssn and name. since i didn't go along with him he said he would file me under non payment. waste of my time! glad I found out he is a scammer here. I'm not the only person he was scamming.

This is the second voice mail from this number...both times the message does not identify the company calling, just that they have a file assigned and need more information, please call and we'll get this taken care of right away. We have no debt and owe no one, this is a SCAM to collect personal information.

"Matt", left vague voice mail. Other than his name he did not identify the company his calling for. He left the following voice msg. "I have a file on my desk about someone you know and some information is not matching. It's information I can't get off the voice msg....call me I'll be available today...so we can get this cleared up."

These people really pissed me off, it has to be a joke because they were making fun of me and rude and hell. Saying I owe money to us bank (which i do) and telling me they need this file of his desk by end of day and asking for bank information to pay it. First it was "Jenn Steelman" who called and she couldn't respond to none of my questions regarding the debt and then a man picked up saying "what seems to be the problem Don?" So I told him and he started yelling me saying its me fault and then when i start speaking he goes awww, or ohhhh and mimicking me. I told him i was gonna report and sue his ass and then made fun of me saying how can i do that when i cant afford to pay this debt and laught. He eventually hung up on me because he wouldn't give me his full name he said he was Jason and kept saying his name is not important whats important is what he has on me my name,ssn,address and other stuff so i cursed him out and he was going back and foth with me but was like im just gonna go and forward this file then and hung up. I didnt give him any of me information so dont know what he has or where he got it from?
