other number he calls me at work repeatly til i had the police give him a call last week 1/5. is 1 877-655-1999. bascially saying the same thing to me that he needs to speak with me its an urgent matter and to not disregard this message. he has filed court proceedings and said that me and my friend that he called as well will be prosecuted and will be going to jail. he also said nasty and filty things to my bankrupsty attorney and harrassed my co worker. since i went to the police dept the calls have stopped probably because he knows i know this is bull. since then i have contacted 3 attorneys and they have told me to file with the bbb the ftc and the states attorneys ofc. the bbb sent me a reply to this matter and they know of no barry cooper at there facility. yet to hear from the ftc and the states attorney. the one lawyer i did talk to today ran this number they are posing to be a employee of capital managment services in buffalo ny and he said this number of the 1999 did not come up as anything. it is just a scammer who is indian by the way and hard to understand and got my number somehow and trying to scare me in order to collect. the only persons getting money from me is my bankrupsty attorney and as of last weel tues i am offically filed in the courts. so i hope this will be the last of this sicko. pays to not give in to these assholes.

BEEN RECEIVING CALLS FROM THESE INDIVIDUALS FOR MONTHS. EVERYDAY THEY CALL AND 3-4 TIMES A WEEK WILL LEAVE MESSAGE STATING THAT I OR MY ATTORNEY NEEDS TO CONTACT THEM ASAP REGARDING A MATTER. THEY GO ON TO SAY THAT IF I DON'T CALL THEM THEY WILL HAVE TO NOTIFY THE COURT AND I WILL MOST CERTAINLY BE IN MAJOR TROUBLE. AT THE END OF THE CALL THEY ALWAYS MENTION THAT THEY WISH ME THE BEST OF LUCK ETC, ETC....
