This person calls 8-10 times a day, and I believe it is a scam. I would like to know how to get it to stop.

PHISHING SCAM. They were calling me 6-8 times a day, never left a message. I called the 888-265-3609 number to ask to be removed from their list, and they claimed to be Bank of America's mortgage department. (I don't own a home, let alone do I have a mortgage.) They refused to stop calling me unless I gave them my name, phone number, address, and bank account number. That, on top of everything else, was highly suspicious, and I refused to give them any personal information. I called Bank of America's main customer service line, gave them the number, and they confirmed it is NOT a legitimate part of Bank of America. I also called my wireless provider and had the number blocked. I am reporting them to the authorities. I suggest you do the same.
