left several threatening messages regarding alleged paperwork being sent to me that I never returned back to them (never received anything)--called back-NOT 'James Morgan & Associates' as messenger claimed. This is a SCAM! No one has told me what this is for.

Just leaves the samemessage as above ..in reagrds to forms not being sent in...

I just called the number back and talked to a represenative. He called me a "dumb ass" and told me we would meet in court. I told him to do what he needed to do and I will be more that glad to discuss the matter in court. I have no idea what "collection" matter he is refering to, only it wasnt me and my number was given as a contact.

They called and told me (recorded message) that I had not sent in my forms. Told me to hit some number to talk to an agent. I hung up. They have called me 4 times now and I am tired of receiving these calls. The tone was very threatening, an attempt to intimadate me.

In regards to Andrea Baumer - someone unknown to anyone at this number.

Claims to be a debt collector but IS NOT REGISTERED in Ohio. Number traces back to Akron or Cayuga Falls Ohio. Claims to be an attorney but is not. Related number is 330-923-4427. This number is listed as a pawn shop in Cayuga Falls. THIS CO. IS A SCAM, ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT OLD OR PAID DEBTS FROM VULNERABLE ELDERLY PERSONS.
