I also received a call 9/28/09 and was guaranteed to have my interest rates lowered on my credit cards and save me at least $2000.00 or I would not be charged anything! Unfortunately they were unable to lower my already low credit rates so I was told they would call me back a few days later. they forgot to call but they billed me anyway $995.00.
