Finally I decided to pick up the phone, and got nothing. So I decided to call it back. I spoke with an individual who identified himself as Preston. He told me they are a consumer advocacy group. He said they help people with bad finances keep their home. I gave him my name, my number, and told them to take me off their call list. He said it would take 10-30 days. He gave me a website, www dot natmodservices dot com, which never comes up. The general tone of the call was okay, but it took way too long to get my point across.
