I received a call @ work asking to speak to my immediate supervisor and then my boss gave me a phone # and case # to callback and reference. The caller would not give a name or call relation explanation to my supervisor.
When I called the phone # back a woman answered with a baby in the background telling me to hold on and knew who I was by caller id @ my job before I even stated my name or the reference # they gave to my boss. A guy named Rick Davis got on the line very rude, trying to verify information about my last 4 of my social security which didn't match and I wouldn't give him any further information he became very rude and unprofession in speaking. I told him to have a great life and hung up on him.
