I keep getting calls from them saying that If I do NOT pay a certin amount of money they will press charges on me and takem e to court for fraud funny thing is I actually agreed I told them I could pay a certin amount until I got this taken care with my bank mr said If I did not pay today charges will be presses and I could go to jail for 2 years? They have actually even facebooked me and knew everyone I had on there!

Calls twice DAILY with threats to file charges at the county. Has disclosed my personal information to a stranger. Calls daily on office and cell phone with the same threats. No address info, email, web site, or anything .comes up on this number or the number that has been left as a call back number. Nothing in the message says this is a debt collector at all I believ I am also getting anonymous calls from this agency.

It is illegal for a bill collector to discuss debt collection with anyone other then you or your spouse. They are not allowed to call you at work if they know that it's your work number. If you tell them you are at work and you're not allowed to get calls there, let them know. If they call back, then that's a felony. From what I've been reading in these posts, with just three of us, they have broken over 8 federal laws about debt collecting and caused about $25,000 in emotional damages. These people have called everybody in my family and my ex-husband's first wife. Who are they? I know they have my number because they told one of them but I have NO MESSAGES from them. They began to tell my ex's first wife what it was about but she stopped them & said you are not allowed to tell me someone I don't know personal business. Do anyone have an address or name of a company?

These people are a law office collecting agency collecting for CashnetUSA. They are doing illegal activity espically in the state of California. Unless you get a letter from the District Attorney from your local area, they are BS. They are trying to collect money from you illegally. Ask them who they are and tell them to contact your lawyer (give them a BS name even), Dont give the number.. say you dont have it on hand. Makes notes of everything and then proceed to sue them for breaking federal laws regarding the Fair Credit Reporting act. I'm about to press charges on them. If you have any assoication and can prove it, please contact me as maybe we can work a class action lawsuit against these immoral people.
