8889950615 / 888-995-0615 Reverse Phone Lookup

I received a call that came up as outside call. I dont answer these types of calls so I let it go to my voicemail. He said his name was Tom Franklin & he had an affivada come across his desk to process with service of summons. He said the only information he had was from a Check Resolution Service with the phone number of 888-995-0615 & a case. He said it was a courtesy call & said he didnt know if I had been contacted by them yet or not but he said it was for a bad check. I havent received anything from this company before now so not sure what they are all about.
