My friend calls me from MO, saying that a guy with a foreign accent said that I took our a payday loan and owe$5000, and that she was going to jail along with me, because my court date is in two days.
Then my friend got home called the number and the guy says james anderson is not here call back later. She heard a lot of people talking in the background.
Come on now...!! She said they are using differnet numbers. This company does not want you to call them because they feel that the phone number might be traced. So, they would rather call you, unexpectactly...do not give out any information. Is a scam!!!

Receive too too many calls from this number, and they call using foul words, but refuse to give me information, and they like to harass my daughter when she answer the phone. they call 10xs almost every other day.

this guy won't stop calling me. everyday it's a different story about how they are going to take legal action on me because someone i know owes them money or used me as a reference.
