These people continue to call and harrass me. I obtained their mailing address and sent them a Cease and Desist order certified mail. They continue to call even after receiving my demand to cease collection attempts against me. As of April 21st, 2009, I just received a check for them in the amount of $1000.00. I sued them for Violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. Dont let these collectors! violate the law......... All consumers should learn their rights!

They keep calling me everday asking for the wrong person....I'm not him..and I tell them that and they still call me on my cell phone.. I will get a lawyer if this don't stop
