I have not heard from this guy for a couple of weeks. I wonder if he has finally got the hint that I am not going to put up with his crap. If this was a legitimate debt and a legitimate company, then why are they asking for personal info and not send paperwork when you ask for it. According to the 1977 Federal Fair Credit reporting Act, you can request that any company to prove to you in writing the accuracy of any debt and if a company can't prove the debt, you can tell them to remove the debt or you can take further action against them. The 1977 Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, you can request that any company stop calling you at your work. If this guy decides to call me again, I'm going to use these FEDERAL laws to either get him to prove to me that I owe a legitimate debt or stop calling me period!

THIS INDIVIDUAL CALLED AND LEFT X2 VOICE MESSAGES THREATENING TO HAVE ME ARRESTED IF I DONT CALL BACK AND PAY; I AM BEING SUED. THIS INDIVIDUAL ALSO STATED MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER X2. THIS IS ILLEGAL AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED ANY MORE. THIS INDIVIDUAL CALLS MY PLACE OF BUSINESS AS WELL. IT HAS TO STOP OR I WILL INTERVENE FURTHER.

They called my job about a loan a few months back I cursed them out and today I got another call from another foreign person talking about I need to contact them as soon as possible or it will turn out to be bad for me! My solution to that is I will sue the hell out of them for harrassment because if I do owe any loans out there I definatly put it in my bankruptcy! So therefore they need to loose my number! Because I will find them. out for who they really are!

I receive calls from this number (916)226-9823 on my cellphone as well as my job. First I received a call from Kevin something now Micheal Anderson. Claiming that there has been a lawsuit filed against me with my SSN. That this is a time sensitive matter that myself ot attorney need to call him or he will report fraud action to my employer. I have not called back. I have receive these calls several times during the year, especially after applying for a payday loan online. I once even submitted money to find out that the company was a scam just to get them off my back and that money was my last. I find this very unfair that we can be trouble like this and these people have no penalty or jail time for stealing your information and continue to bother you. I have been receiving these calls since Thursday and they continue.

This is the 2nd time this same individual with a deep arab accent has called. He went by the name of Jason Conners or Commers the 1st call. He states that I or my retained attorney need to call him immediately, concerning a very time sensitive issue, but will not give out any details about what company he works for or what the issue is, he just asks for my name and personal info.

says there is a serious legal matter and i need to or my attorney call in within seconds of receiving this call. this is a time sensitive matter and then lists his number. had this call before, many times. it stops for a couple of months then continues.
