Call received 11:50 AM EDT 24 September 2010. First there was crackling static, then an apparently recorded female voice speaking Spanish. I hung up.

I'm not sure who called me but it was some woman just speaking Spanish..I have no idea what she ever said. I don't know whether to call the police or what ..HELP!

I am soo tired of calls from unwanted soliciters,It seems the do not call List doesnot work!!!

I'm in Texas and received a phone call from 920-999-2928 on my cell phone at 3:18pm (CST) today. Normally I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know, but I answered this one because the other day someone called and left an urgent voice mail on my cell phone for someone else. I was hoping this phone call was from the same person so I could tell them they had the wrong number. I was surprised that when I said "Hello" a recording started speaking Spanish. I only speak English so I have absolutely no idea what they said. I just reported it to the FCC and I'm going to report it to the National Do Not Call Registry too since my number is on that list. I hope everyone else does the same. they stated that because i am a canadian customer i have won a special gift and to press 1 I dont recognize this number so i hung up

Static for a few seconds then female speaking spanish "As a valued Air Canada customer, you have qualified for a special offer. Please press 1." horrible quality. I'm guessing fraud.

Spanish speaking. Very poor sound quality, loud crackling.
