I had the same experience as elizabeth. This woman knew a lot about me, then transferred me to her supervisor to get more info and finalize the deal. This mean guy was pressuring me for my credit card info and I refused to give it to him. When he asked why I told him that I didn't feel comfortable giving that sort of information out over the phone and that I'm not stupid, I know that scams happen. He hung up on me.

Man knew my name and claimed I won a $1,000 online shopping spree, that I only need pay shipping and handling. He knew my address and wanted to know my age and occupation, said information would be coming in the mail in 3-5 days. Not sure what else he knows. I had filled out an online survey the previous day, may have had something to do with that.
