I keep getting a call from this number and when I answer the phone, no one is on the other end...and it has been every 30 minutes today. On one occasion, a man with an India accent finally spoke and when I asked him to never call this number again, he hung up on me; however, they continue to call my phone.

I keep getting a call from this number stating I owe them money for a payday loan which I do not have. They also asked me for my social security no. How can I protect my credit, and stop these harassing phone calls.
