Called to tell me they can tell my computer is infected with a virus. Every time I go on the internet I connect in salt lake city and cause errors. Showed me where to look and see typical errors in logs on my PC. Wanted me to allow a Microsoft tech log into my PC and fix it. Microsoft does NOT contact customers by phone. Gave me a salt lake number to verify, 801-512-0605 which is a valid SLC number but not for Microsoft. Positively a SCAM and don't let them connect to your PC.
