This is a scam. They claim to be from a National Association of Grant Programs that is giving away money from the government - free! They just got my Father-in-law for $3,200.00. We can't figure out how they got his credit card number. This is type of activity is disgraceful! How do we get enough people together to file a class action suit against them?
