I was contacted saying I owed $610 dollars due to an Online Pay Day Loan. The funds where deposited over a year ago. This guy had my ssn, bank info, where I lived and worked. Said if I didn't pay within the Hr was was going to be arrested at my House. I told him I would like to settle this but didn't have any money. He told me I have 30mins to hire a Lawyer. This guy needs to be arrested.

i got a call form these people telling
me that i have a case filled under my name & ssn dont know who they are or anything but i did filled a report with the city attorney after they told my 10year old daughet your mommys going to jail who would something like that? so hopefully they will not call me anymore

HE TOLD ME I OWED ON A PAYDAY LOAN BUT COULDN'T GIVE ME THE DATE I RECIEVED THE MONEY. THEY HAVE CALLED MY CELL PHONE AND WORK NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES. THEY TOLD ME I WOULD BE SERVED AT WORK SEVERAL TIMES AND NOTHING HAPPENED. THIS NEEDS TO STOP.
